Mailing Lists:
As part of the registration process for our mailing list, we collect personal information. We use that information for a few different reasons: to make you the first to know about any exciting news and promotions we are running ; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. Customer Data:
When you make a purchase on our website, your name, address data, email and/or contact number will be stored in our back office system that is powered by Shopify, for more information please see the Shopify Privacy Policy. We require this information to be stored to ensure that we can offer the best customer service experience possible.
Applications:
We may share your information with other companies via the applications that we use on our site which are in place to increase customer satisfaction and online experiences. We will not share your payment details with these companies and all applications that we use are compliant with GDPR regulations.
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
